GENERAL POLICY

  • All items to be shipped within 7-14 days. Customised order may take upto 20 days.
  • Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Saturday.
  • Once an order is shipped, it takes 3-7 business days to reach you based on your location. Orders within delhi may reach you within 1-3 days (Confirm over whatsapp/email. May even take 7-14 days) 
  • Upon dispatch you can ask for tracking details via email or Whatsapp or Instagram.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Standard Delivery: Within 7-14 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Express Delivery: Within 2-3 business days from the date of dispatch(Confirm over whatsapp/email). Prices may vary (Available for selected pin codes)

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email/whatsapp/instagram dm for your purchase.
  • Please note, it may take a while before you receive the tracking number & delivery details.
  • Additionally, you can reach out to us on whatsapp in case you do not receive tracking & delivery details within 14 days of order confirmation.

Delivery Address:

  • Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including pin code and any relevant landmarks. Incomplete addresses may cause delays or delivery failures.
  • Tweak with Aaru will not be responsible for any incomplete or wrong delivery address mentioned by the customer.
  • In case of wrong delivery address additional shipping cost may apply

International Shipping:

  • Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within India.

Holiday Season Deliveries:

  • Please note that during peak seasons like holiday periods, delivery times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery before the holidays.
